This interior studio apartment is small, with a floor area of 27 sqm, however it makes good use of the existing space providing an efficient and practical home. Located in Blasco de Garay street, in Chamberí, an exclusive yet friendly neighborhood which is very sought-after by international students, expats and locals. This apartment is perfect for busy people who are after a low-maintenance home in a central and well-communicated location.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has one main room, where you will find the bed which can be folded into a sofa, so you can create a comfortable living space.
- There is a nice bookcase where you can store your books or decorate it with photos from your family and friends.
- In the living area you will find a long table which can be used as both a desk or a dining table.
- There is a small bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen available.
Things to keep in mind
- The microwave and fridge are not located in the kitchen but in the main living/bedroom area.
- The apartment is interior but has a window overlooking a courtyard which lets in natural light.
