Located on Corredera San Pablo, a street full of bars, cute cafes, and quaint stores, this lofted studio apartment is a perfect base for those who want to live in the center of Madrid. Malasaña, which is the neighborhood where you'll find this 35 m2 property, is one of the most hip and exciting areas of the city and you can spend all day and night just immersing yourself in Madridleño culture. Whether it be hanging out at Plaza Dos de Mayo or having a drink at one of the countless terraces, you're sure to find something to do every day of the week. The studio for rent is fully furnished and as it is an interior, tenants will be protected from unnecessary street noise. This apartment will make a wonderful home for those who like to be at the center of the action while having a comfortable home to come back to after the end of the day!
What we liked the most
- The neighborhood of Malasaña is one of the best areas in which to live; it has style and culture that'll keep you entertained all day and night!
- The studio apartment is renovated and features parquet flooring.
- The living room has a comfortable sofa and a desk that tenants can use to study and/or eat.
- The kitchen has a 2-element stove and a microwave to prepare your meals.
- The lofted style of the studio apartment uses the available space very efficiently.
- Despite being in the center of Malasaña, the flat is quiet due to its being interior. You'll be able to get a good night's sleep!
Things to keep in mind
- Though you won't find an oven in the flat, you'll have a microwave oven to heat your meals.
- The ceiling of the sleeping area is quite low.
