The location couldn't have been more perfect and the apartment is absolutely ideal for couples as it features twin beds located in the loft sleeping area. The tenants will also have access to a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All utilities are included in the rent, perfect for those on a budget. The Malasaña district really comes alive at night, so make sure you make the most out of the night time atmosphere during your stay! Make sure you take a stroll down Calle del Pez or visit Mercado de Fuencarral and enjoy their lively atmosphere. The area of the apartment is 46m2.
What we liked the most
- This lofted apartment for rent has colorful lilac walls, which give the entire place a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- The living space with twin beds, ideal for a couple, is located in the loft area of the apartment. Not only does this mean that the rooms have high ceilings, it also gives the living room extra space.
- Corredera Baja de San Pablo is lined with cute bars and chic cafes. You'll have something to do every minute of the day!
- All bills are included in the rental price, so you can enjoy a stress-free stay in Madrid.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and features cupboards, drawers, a large fridge, microwave and a small oven.
- Located in one of most wanted and popular parts of Madrid, Malasaña, it's a perfect place for anyone wanting to live right in the heart of the city buzz.
