El apartamento se encuentra en una primera planta y da a la Avenida Juan Sebastián Elcano. El apartamento cuenta igualmente con una plaza de garaje para un coche de tamaño mediano. A un minuto a pie de la playa de Pedregalejo. Bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad a través de varias líneas de autobuses. Una de las habitaciones se puede equipar como tercer dormitorio o como lugar de trabajo (se puede disponer de cama o mesas de escritorio y sillas bajo petición-incluidas en el alquiler-).
