Recently renovated, modern apartment located in the Capuchinos area of Málaga Capital, ten minutes walk from Plaza de El Ejido, where the University of Málaga is located.
It has four rooms. Three us them have a double bed, bed linen, towels, blankets and a fan. It has a desk and chair located in the brightest area of the room, making it an ideal and pleasant space for studying and/or teleworking. From the room you can see views of the street. And one of these bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
An the fourth room has a single bed and bed linen, towels, blankets, chair, desk and a fan as well.
There is another full bathroom with shower.
The living room has a cozy big sofa, smart TV. The kitchen is big and has everything needed for cooking.
Shared spaces are well-equipped with modern amenities: laundry machine, coffee maker and toaster.
The apartment is located very near to Malaga University (ten minutes by foot). It is in an area full of shops, markets, pharmacies, bus stops that go to the center, universities and the beach. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
