Piso recientemente refaccionado en su totalidad con estupendos acabados, compuesto de hall de ingreso, amplio salón con ventana sobre el lateral y puerta ventana con salida a una muy buena terraza con vista al mar, cocina semi integrada con gran ventana, dos dormitorios y dos baños en total. El dormitorio principal está en suite con vestidor y tiene terraza con vistas al mar.
Todas las ventanas tienen doble vidrio y mosquiteros. Las ventanas de los dormitorios tienen persianas de enrollar motorizadas.
Aire acondicionado split frío/calor en el salón y en la suite.
La Urbanización cuenta con piscina descubierta con vista al mar y piscina cubierta en la temporada invernal. Hay plazas de garage comunitarias.
La comunidad tiene ascensor pero para acceder hay que subir unas escaleras.
Por el frente de la Urbanización pasa el autobús que cubre el trayecto
