If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. - If the booking is made ON THE SAME DAY, check-in must take place at least 48 HOURS LATER.
- If you move in on or after the 16th, Spotahome covers the first 30 days, and you have to pay the next month to the landlord before check in.
