Tenemos un piso de 3 dormitorios pero actualmente sólo hay una disponible,con aire acondicionado, corresponde con la foto que aparece en el anuncio. El piso es muy luminoso, todas las habitaciones son exteriores. Y recientemente ha sido reformado y todos los cierres de ventanas tienen doble cristal, baño y cocina totalmente nuevo así como los suelos.
Dentro de la ciudad está muy bien conectado con el metro y autobuses y entre ciudades, está a 3 minutos de la Estación María Zambrano con conexión de trenes para diferentes ciudades del país y para llegar al Aeropuerto se dispone de tren de cercanías.
