Espacioso chalet con patio y terraza a medio kilómetro de la playa y del paseo marítimo de Pedregalejo, un lugar lleno de chiringuitos, bares, supermercados y lugares de ocio.
La casa es muy amplia, está bien comunicada, luminosa, tranquila, segura y muy agradable, un lugar adecuado para estudiar o pasar una larga temporada en esta bella ciudad.
Cuenta con piscina comunitaria en verano, La habitación disponible está recién amueblada, es muy luminosa y agradable.
Preferimos chicas en la casa porque en ella viven dos chicas veinteañeras, una de ellas la hija del propietario.
Nos gusta la tranquilidad y las buenas vibraciones.
