Tiene aire acondicionado y calefaccion que a penas se usa
Se puede aparcar por toda la calle
Esta cerca del centro de Torremolinos pero con una ventaja grande y es que hay un paseo de cinco minutos para llegar a la playa desde la piscina y jardin andando
La zona de playa es la Carihuela, cerca del Hotel Santa Clara, donde el paseo maritimo bordea la roca uniendo las playas de Bajondillo y Carihuela
Zona muy turistica de Restaurantes, hamacas y ocio
