Spacious and elegant two-room apartment of about 85 square meters, recently renovated, located on the 2nd floor of a building with concierge service and elevator. Very bright apartment, furnished in modern and elegant style, air conditioned, composed of entrance hall from which opens a large living area with living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and study corner and a first bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. The night area is separated and consists of a quiet double bedroom with large windows that give a lot of light to the room and a bathroom with large shower. Strategically located in a quiet street that overlooks Corso XXII Marzo, perfectly served by all shops, bars and restaurants, a short walk from Piazza V Giornate and only 20 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza San Babila, ideal to reach the Istituto Europeo del Design (IED) and Istituto Marangoni, very convenient to reach the airport of Milan Linate and the A1 highway.
