Modern 1-bedroom apartment is located in one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods in Milan, walking distance to the City Life shopping center and Fiera Milano City. Less than 5 minutes away, the M1 Amendola metro will take you directly to the Duomo in 10 minutes or to the Rho fair in 20 minutes.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, TV, coffee machine, full kitchen, double bed and washing machine.
The apartment is in a strategic position to reach the historic center, the Rho fair and the Milano City fair in addition to the San Siro Stadium. You won't need a car to get around thanks to the metro and tram stop in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is a railing house located on the ground floor but not overlooking the street retains its privacy . Entering we find the spacious living room with TV, dining table for 4 people, comfortable sofa that becomes a bed for 2 people if necessary. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans, oven, microwave. Nespresso kettle and coffee machine are available for guests.
The room has a double bed, spacious closet with hangers and shelves, dresser and two large windows. The bathroom has a shower stall with complimentary body soap, full toilets, washing machine, hairdryer, one set of towels for each guest.
Outside near the entrance we find a coffee table with 2 chairs where you can have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif outdoors.
The fiber optic Wi-Fi connection will allow you to work, watch movies and connect multiple devices at the same time without the speed being affected. Heating and air conditioning are independent and present throughout the house.
