In una delle zone più belle di Milano, questo appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente. Si presenta come loft ma è molto spazioso. Entrando si trova la cucina con lavastoviglie e angolo lavanderia. Nella parte superiore ci sono due ambienti, uno per dormire e l'altro come studio/area relax. L'appartamento è molto tranquillo. Riscaldamento autonomo elettrico per l'inverno e aria condizionata per l'estate.
La zona è molto residenziale e fuori dai flussi turistici di massa.
