This beautifully renovated apartment offers a modern and functional design, creating a welcoming and bright living space. Located on the fourth floor of a well-maintained early 20th-century building with an elevator and a concierge area, it combines historical charm with contemporary comfort.
Upon entering, you’ll find a small hallway leading to the main living area, which is filled with natural light thanks to two large French doors opening onto a small balcony. The stylish red kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, and a modern fridge-freezer, along with all necessary kitchenware. There’s a peninsula table near the kitchen and an additional table with four chairs, which can also be used as a desk.
Throughout the apartment, you’ll find beautiful wooden flooring and exposed wooden beams, adding a unique and cozy touch. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens for extra comfort.
The bedroom features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and custom-built shelving, offering plenty of storage space for clothes, shoes, and personal belongings.
The second room is currently set up as a living room with a modern sofa and a large TV, but since the sofa is a sofa bed, this room can easily be used as a second bedroom. There is also storage space available for clothes.
