Modern three-room apartment of about 75 sqm located on the 3rd floor of a building situated in a quiet street near Porta Romana and Via Spartaco. From the entrance there is direct access to the living area with relax area, smart TV, open kitchen equipped with counter and stools. To the right of the entrance there is the first bathroom with large shower and the first double bedroom with closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second double bedroom is located to the left of the living room and is equipped with closet and TV. The apartment is a few minutes’ walk from Porta Romana and Istituto Europeo del Design (IED), 20 minutes by public transport from Istituto Marangoni and Luigi Bocconi University. Area well served by stores, bars, restaurants and businesses. The apartment is non-smoking only and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and air conditioning. Energy class – in assignment.
