This fabulous one-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is the perfect place to unwind. Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, your apartment opens into a sunny open-concept space. The bedroom also has a large window, giving it beautiful natural light. With a neutral-colored design and chic furniture, you’ll feel right at home. The one-wall kitchen is equipped and can be concealed from the rest of the space with a built-in shutter. The remaining space is furnished with a 4-seat dining table and a comfy sofa you can pull out into a bed for guests.
Pagano is a little off the beaten tourist paths, so you can really immerse yourself in local Milanese life here. Your apartment is in a fairly quiet residential area, but there are some wonderful shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Guido Vergani Park, where you can enjoy a stroll or a weekend picnic, is just a 2-minute walk away. At night, you can catch a movie at the Multisala Gloria, which is just a 7-minute walk away. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes from your door, and public transportation will quickly connect you to downtown.
