It’s peaceful, easy living in this one-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi. Located on the second floor in a residential area, you don’t have to worry about the hustle and bustle of downtown living. Your apartment reflects this in it’s calm, elegant decor. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and modern, and the kitchen, which is part of the open-concept living and dining rooms, can be concealed by a pull-down screen. Although cozy and ideal for two people, the sofa transforms into a double bed to accommodate another two, and the dining table has four seats.
Right across the street from your apartment is the Guido Vergani Park. It’s not as large as Sempione, which is 3 metro stops away, but it is certainly more convenient. Here, you can take a stroll or jog through the paths, or simply relax for an afternoon with a book, which you can buy at the bookstore just 6 minutes from your door. There are some lovely little shops and restaurants around your block, and although there are nearby supermarkets, you can pick up fresh produce, cheese, meats and pastries at the Wagner Municipal Market just 3 minutes away.
