This one-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is only on the first floor, but the building has an elevator you can use when you’ve got lots of groceries to carry. The apartment opens into a small hall and, if you turn left, you’ll enter the open-plan space furnished with a cushy sofa bed and 4-seat dining table. The kitchen is open to this area, but it can be concealed by pulling down the built-in screen. You get ample light in this space, as well as in the elegantly decorated bedroom. The bathroom doesn’t have a window, but it’s fairly spacious with a shower stall.
Pagano is the ideal neighborhood for those who want to live like a local, and there are plenty of cafés and even a cocktail bar where you can meet new people. While a quiet area of Milan, there is plenty for you to do right around the corner. You can take a stroll through the wonderful Guido Vergani Park, which is only a 2 minute walk away. There is a cinema just 7 minutes away and the National Theater CheBanca! can be reached in 6-minutes. The area also has plenty of banks, shops and hair salons, and there’s a Carrefour Express supermarket on your street.
