This one-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is on the second floor of a renovated building. It has an elevator so that you don’t need to walk up the stairs unless you want a bit of extra exercise. The entire space has a handsome, neutral colored decor. The bathroom is modern and has a shower stall, and the bedroom has a double bed with a spacious wardrobe. The rest of the apartment is open-concept and furnished with a sofa bed, 4-seat dining table and a few decorative art pieces on the walls. The one-wall kitchen is a perfect little space to whip up a meal, and it can be concealed by pulling down a screen from the wall.
Pagano is a wonderful residential area. There aren’t a lot of tourists here, so it’s also a fairly quiet neighborhood. You can easily get away from it all by stepping into the gorgeous Guido Vergani Park, which is just across the street from your building. However, you’re also very close to the metro, so when you want to do some sightseeing, it won’t be a chore to get downtown. There are lots of little clothing shops nearby, and you’ll find many terrific restaurants, cafés and gelaterias within a 10-minute walk from your door.
