Spotahome's opinion
Located in a renovated building with an elevator, this first floor 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Piero Capponi is cozy and comfortable. Both the modern bathroom and chic bedroom are fairly spacious and have ample storage space for amenities and clothes. In the open-plan space of the living and dining room, you’ll find a table seating 4, a sofa bed and some wonderful decorative touches like artwork on the walls. The kitchen is equipped with all you need, including a stove, oven and fridge, and while it’s part of this space, you can easily conceal it by pulling out a screen that’s built into the wall.
The Pagano neighborhood reflects your apartment in that it’s a calm residential area. However, this isn’t to say that there is nothing to do here. Just across the street you can take a stroll, have a picnic or play frisbee in Guido Vergani Park. Also, you’ll find a theater and a UCI cinema no more than an 8-minute walk from your apartment. There is a nearby bookstore, plenty of shops and tons of little cafés and restaurants just around the corner. For more practical needs you’ll find ample banks and supermarkets, as well as a municipal market down the street.
