This is a very recently renovated property just a 20-minute walk away from the centre of Milan, in Ticinese. The 5th floor, 1 bedroom apartment consists of a small kitchen with an electric stove and microwave. The living room has an external window overlooking the street, and joins onto the bathroom, which has a large shower and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, external window, television and an open wardrobe.
The property is very close to Navigli, one of the most popular and exciting areas of Milan, featuring markets and a number of bars and restaurants. You can also reach the city centre by foot or using public transport.
What we liked the most
- This is a functional and newly renovated home.
- It is in a popular and sought after area of Milan.
- The city centre is just a 20-minute walk away.
- The property is exterior and on the 5th floor, which means a lot of natural sunlight!
Things to keep in mind
- Because the property is so newly refurbished, some facilities are missing. The landlord will be providing kitchenware for the next tenant, and the bedroom doesn't have a full wardrobe.
