Bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor with elevator of a well-maintained building, in a well-served and strategic area of Milan.
The apartment opens onto the kitchen area, furnished with a table and chairs and equipped with TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an induction hob, electric oven, and all the necessary appliances, making it practical and functional for everyday living.
The bedroom is very spacious and well organized. On the right side there is a desk and a chest of drawers, while on the left side there is a wardrobe. At the end of the room you’ll find a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a padded headboard and LED lighting with color-changing option, creating a pleasant and modern atmosphere.
The bedroom also features a very large walk-in wardrobe, offering excellent storage space.
Both the kitchen and the bedroom overlook the quiet internal courtyard. Beyond the courtyard there is a building currently under construction; however, at the moment the works do not appear to cause significant noise.
The bathroom is located at the entrance, directly in front, and is windowed. It is equipped with WC, bidet, washbasin, and shower.
The apartment is very bright, spacious, and comfortable, and comes with air conditioning, fast Internet connection, and electric heating via air-conditioning units. It is fully electric and equipped with all modern comforts, making it an ideal solution for students or young professionals.
