Totally renovated beautiful old style building in perfect conditions, with elevator and doorman service.
The apartment is very quiet and bright, with all the comforts.
On the ground floor there are the living room with a sofa, table and chairs and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dish washer.
On the same floor there is the bathroom with shower, washing machine and a window.
On the loft floor, about 2,20 meters high, there is the bedroom, with a double bed and 2 wardrobes.
From the 2 windows, facing the quiet inner courtyard, you can enjoy a beautiful open view over Milan skyline.
Just outside the door of the apartment, there is a table with chair, where you can enjoy your time open-air.

What we liked the most
The apartment is located in one of the most prestigious residential central located areas in Milan. Very safe and well serviced, Pagano and Conciliazione metro M1 red line stations are less than 5 minutes walking. It’s very good connected by all the main public transports and you can very easily reach Istituto Marangoni, Statale and all the other universities. The best shops and typical restaurants in Milan, the Duomo, Leonardo Da Vinci “Last supper”, the modern and popular City Life area with skyscrapers and its great shopping center, cinemas and theaters, Sempione park, Sforzesco Castle… everything you wish is walking distance!
