Area This amazing flat benefits from a top position in the Forlanini area: within 500 meters there are plenty of buses and trams, which makes reaching the city centre quick and easy. If you need to travel outside Milan, the Milano Forlanini train station is a 20 minutes’ walk away. In the vicinity there are lots of services, such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

  • During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 1% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

The deposit must be paid before your check-in date. It will be refunded within one week from the check-out.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
