Area This flat benefits from a strategic position in Milan: at about 500 meters is Maciachini metro station (yellow line) that allows you to quickly reach the main sights of the city, and several attractions are located nearby, including the Branca Museum, the Typewriter Museum, the Santa Maria alla Fontana sanctuary and many others, as well as some special places, such as the Runway Escape, where you can try the Cinematic Experience. Living room and kitchen The sunny living room offers plenty of space and features a sofa bed, a dining table and a balcony that provides plenty of natural light and creates a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. The day area has white walls and tiled flooring, which contrasts with the gray furniture. The fully-fitted kitchen corner is accessed from the living room, it’s provided with all the most useful appliances and has neutral toned furniture and wall tiles. Bedrooms The night area is composed of two all-white bedrooms: the first one is good-sized, has plenty of light and comes with a double bed (or two single beds, if required), a wardrobe and drawers; the second one has twin beds, a spacious closet and plenty of space, too. Both bedrooms have balcony doors. Bathroom The bathroom has all comforts, including a shower stall, and is decorated with beige tiles.

- During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 1% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
