Elegant and new one bedroom loft apartment of around 50 sqm located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant and finely renovated building. The flat is characterized by the elegance of the furnishings, the refinement of the materials and the soft colour combinations. It is composed of a living area with an open kitchen equipped with all appliances, a dining table that can seat up to 6 people, a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a flat screen smart TV. The bathroom is large with shower and washer-dryer. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine floor with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The loft is located just a few minutes from the European Institute of Design (IED), Porta Romana and the underground station M3 yellow line, the Duomo of Milan can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Area well served by shops, bars, restaurants.
