From the entrance opens to the left the large double bedroom and the comfortable living room with study corner, the eat-in kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and spacious double door refrigerator, the bathroom is with shower and washing machine. The apartment overlooks the pleasant Via Ozanam, an oasis of tranquility in the center just a few steps from the red line M1 Lima subway stop, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Via Montenapoleone and Milan Cathedral can be reached in a few subway stops. Area well served by shops, bars and restaurants. APE - E 140.58KWH/m2a.
