The apartment is just 9 minutes walking from Politecnico di Milano, pizza Leonardo Da Vinci. It’s 15 minutes walking from the metro green line Piola M2 and very well connected by the main public transports. You can very easily reach, even walking, the central Porta Venezia district. Shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bars, restaurants… everything is walking distance! It’s the perfect location for Politecnico students… but not only! The ideal apartment for 3 friends, who want to share a brand-new and modern apartment, just a few minutes walking form the university.

Entering in the apartment, from the corridor, on the left there is the kitchen with table and chairs, the TV, the washing machine. In the larger bedroom with the parquet wooden floor, there are 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes and 2 desks. In the other bedroom there are a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a desk. This bedroom has a balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard. Modern bathroom with a large shower. The apartment is very bright and quiet and it’s on the 1st floor of a nice old style building with elevator. High speed internet and AC.
