The apartment is located in a safe residential area and it’s just 5 seconds walking from SDA Bocconi 😉 It’s close to Navigli area, 10 minutes from Duomo by public transports. Inside Bocconi campus there is an amazing gym with swimming pool. Typical restaurants, cafes, a park for running, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. NABA, IULM, Marangoni and Cattolica are very close as well.

Comfortable apartment on the mezzanine floor of a ’60 building in good conditions, with doorman service. The building is facing SDA Bocconi!
➡️ Please consider the apartment was rented when I took the photos and video, I’m sorry for the mess! We’ll replace renters’ bed sheets and tablecloth with our more modern linen with neutral colors 💫 We’ll buy new mattress, desk and we’ll check all the equipments.
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a dining room, a bathroom and a kitchenette with laundry corner. Entering in the apartment there is the dining area, with table and chairs, and a wall table facing a mirror. The kitchenette has induction plates, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer and a small dishwasher. Laundry corner with washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, the sink, the WC and a window. The 2 bedrooms are very large and comfortable, both with a wardrobe and a desk. One of the bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the other bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa bed. The bedrooms are facing Bocconi University. High speed internet connection. It’s the perfect solution for 2-3 Bocconi students!
