Immobile a distanza a piedi alla metro' gialla , linea tre , in dieci minuti in duomo e in pochi minuti alla stazione centrale . Anche Molto servito dai mezzi pubblici come linea tram n. due per il centro e per i navigli ; jumbo tram n. quattro per il centro ; passante ferroviario in pochi minuti in centro ecc. cinque supermercati , quattro palestre, moltissimi ristoranti e parrucchieri uomo e donna. La casa e' molto ampia con due stanze per solo due persone. Molto comodo per la maggior parte delle universita' .

Rooms are available to rent in a 70m2, 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony in the Zona Farini area of Milan. The apartment is colourful with bright walls and personal touches that lend it character. With its large windows, there is plenty of natural light as well as adequate storage allowing you to keep your home neat and tidy.
The Zona Farini area is popular among students and is also home to Alcatraz, a well-known entertainment venue. Close to the property is Parco Scuola Villani, perfect for relaxing in the sun, while also nearby is Zara neighbourhood with its youthful and energetic atmosphere.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed and a heating unit. This room also has a desk, shelving and a standalone wardrobe. No couples allowed.

What we liked the most
- The balcony is an added advantage to the property - you can have some fresh air without leaving the apartment.
- With an oven as well as a stove you can cook whatever you choose.
- There is a bath in addition to a shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day at work.
- There fan that, together with the windows, helps keep the apartment ventilated.
- This area has easy access to both the city centre and the rest of Italy: Milan's central railway station is 12-minutes away by public transport.
- The windows has double glass and double thermal glass. Bathroom has double thermal glass, perfect not to hear noises
