The apartment has recently been refurbished; therefore, it is clean and bright, but it still retains its classical charm. The property has a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Zara is a lively residential neighbourhood situated to the north of Milan's city centre. There are several bars, restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area so tenants will never be bored here. To access different parts of Milan, tenants can walk 4 minutes to Maciachini metro station, or 7 minutes to Milano Lancetti train station.

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed. This room also has a heating unit, a desk, a chest of drawers, shelving and a standalone wardrobe. The room has soundproof, noise-reducing glass and double glazing on the windows. For the summer it is equipped with extracharge air conditioning.
