La casa e 'stata ristrutturata di recente e viene continuamente mantenuta ad ogni cambio di ospiti. nella zona ci sono cinque supermercari , cinque palestre, molti ristoranti e pizzerie aperte fino a tardi . e' una zona molto vivace fino a sera tardi. A pochi metri dalla casa c'e la metro. linea colore giallo direzione che in pochi minuti arriva in stazione centrale e in centro citta' che va in centro.
