Room Terrace (for two students) has two single beds in a two bedrooms flat of one hundred sqm in Sant'Ambrogio area, downtown Milan: five minutes from Cattolica University, four minutes walk to the green and blue lines metro, near cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, parks and the main attractions. The Room of around fourteen sqm with a private terrace has a desk, bedside tables, clothes rack, bookcase/ shelves.
The flat is located at the first and second floor through a small garden.
First floor is shared (with another student): living and dining rooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet with second sink and washing machine; Second floor (Sleeping area) has two bedrooms (one is yours).
Wi-fi, TV, central heating, air conditioning, building with concierge.
I live in the same building and will be available for any needs.

House rules:
1) Politeness and respect (in the room, flat and with other guests and neighborhood) is the basic rule. Silence from 10pm till 8 am
2) Laundry: one laundry per week allowed
3) No smoking flat/room. You can smoke in the small common garden downstairs (using the ashtrays)
4) No guests allowed unless agreed with the landlord (overnight stay is allowed with an extra fee)
5) No drugs, no parties, no abuse of alcool
6) Cleaning : keep your room and bathroom proper. Leave your personal belongings in your room or in your compartments. After using the kitchen/bathroom, leave it tidy for the other guests
7) Keys: take care of your keys
8) Trash : respect the recycling instructions
9) Love your planet: to avoid extra charges, close water taps and turn off the lights /heating / air conditioning if you don’t need them or if you go outside
10) Safety: before leaving the flat, close all windows and lock the entrance door (even if other tenants are inside). Close properly also the two outside doors and the building doors.
11) Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00. No check-in is allowed after 19.00 unless agreed with the host. Check-out 10.00 am.
