The Room of 16 sqm with building’s courtyard view has a desk, bedside table, small wardrobe, bookcase/ shelves.
The flat is located at the 1st and 2nd floor through a small garden.
First floor is shared (with 1 or 2 guests): living and dining rooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet with second sink and washing machine; Second floor (Sleeping area) has two bedrooms (one is yours).
Wi-fi, TV, central heating, air conditioning, building with concierge.
