Welcome to an 80m2 apartment on Via Venini, on the fourth floor with an elevator. An excellent solution for those seeking large spaces in a semi-central and well-served area of Milan. The eat-in kitchen is complete with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dishes. The apartment is furnished and equipped with central heating and independent electrical systems. A bicycle parking space is also included. Ideal for students who want to live in an urban setting, functional and convenient for getting around the city.

If you're looking for a room where you can study really well (and unplug without feeling "boxed in"), here you'll find space and organization: 21 square meters, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, with two desks complete with chairs and lamps, bookcases, bedside tables, and a 4-door wardrobe with drawers to keep everything tidy. The room can be rented in two configurations: as a double (sleeps 2) or as a double for single use, to enjoy the room with even more privacy and freedom of movement. Book your appointment and reserve your room before it's booked. These options don't last long.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
