The apartment is spacious (92 sq m), with three bedrooms and one bathroom, located on the third floor with an elevator and a balcony. The eat-in kitchen is a real plus for those living in a shared apartment, as it's truly usable every day. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, central heating, and a washing machine. To get around, buses 45 and 175 pass nearby, useful for getting around the city and reaching the center of Milan.

In Milan, at Via Pecorini 14E, a double room for single use is available in an apartment shared with two other students: a practical, pre-organized accommodation, ideal if you want to move in and leave immediately without having to buy anything. The room is fully furnished and designed to handle everyday life (and studying) well: the queen-size bed provides real comfort, the desk immediately offers you a dedicated space to work in an organized way, and with a wardrobe and bedside table you have all the space you need to keep the room clean and functional.

Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Please note that rooms availability is guaranteed only upon payment of the deposit.
Other costs -Bills are estimated on previous tenants consumptions, 10% deviation from previous consumption is included, in case of deviation bigger than 10% the landlord can ask a compensation. -Deposit amount: for stays exceeding 6 months the deposit amounts to 3 months’ rent fees
Booking and Check In procedure
As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract that summarizes all rent and payment conditions: -Payment with Spotahome -Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract -Balance payment due before key delivery
Following steps -You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt -In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment -The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract -The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
