Spotahome's opinion
This spacious studio is available to rent in Cantalupa. The apartment has a large living area / kitchen / bedroom, with a double bed that folds away into a sofa. There is also a dining table, some shelving, with a large flat screen TV, and a dining table that can seat 2-4 people. The bathroom is spacious and modern, and there is a separate area which has space to dry clothes when you can't use the terrace.
You will be living in the outskirts of Milan, in Cantalupa, in a small area of housing surrounded by fields. Although quite far out of the city, there is a bus that stops just a couple of minutes' walk away that can bring you to Bocconi University in 20 minutes. There is a pizzeria / bar near the house, and in less than 20 minutes you can walk to a large shopping mall, where you can find lots of shopping, including a Carrefour hypermarket.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quite spacious, even more so when the bed is folded away.
- You will have private use of the large terrace, fantastic for spending time with friends on a sunny summer evening.
- With the 79 bus bringing you to the centre so quickly, but living surrounded by fields, you will have all the benefits of city life, with the peace and quiet of the countryside.
- Although the area immediately around the apartment is a little lacking in amenities, it is just a 15-20 minute walk to a large shopping mall with a hypermarket.
