IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Bills: €150 per month (payable in advance, at the beginning of the month) - € 150 includes expenses for tari, water, condominium expenses and electricity consumption up to 100 kWh (any excess will be calculated € 0.50 for each additional kWh, detected by meter counter)
- Cleaning (including weekly bed linen + towels change): weekly - 200€ per month (MANDATORY)

- The washing machine and the clothes dryeris not inside the apartment but located at underground floor. For using them, you can buy tokens from our house keeper (1 token= €3,50 / 3 tokens= €10). The Laundry area is furnished with iron, ironing board and drying rack.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
