This cozy 30 m² studio apartment with 1-bathroom is for rent on Via Donatello in Città Studi. The kitchen is separate from the studio, and has a 2-burner stove and rangehood. The studio has a sofa bed, as well as a chest of drawers, desk and a TV.

There is a supermarket and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, so you don't need to go to far for the essentials. Porta Venezia and the Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli are both just over a 20-minute walk away as well, and there are plenty of other cultural attractions to explore.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom is well-equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is a large built-in wardrobe so there is plenty of storage space for your belongings.
  • The Politecnico di Milano is only a 10-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The air-conditioning unit is not included, and although the apartment comes with a television, it is not the one you can see in the photos.
  • Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
