You’re in Città Studi. So are lots of other students. Invite new friends to your crash pad. Your bed turns into a sofa. There’s a table for meals and conversation.
We think this is terrific for students who want to be close to lecture halls. You can sleep in a bit: it only takes 10 minutes to get to class.

This is a 1st floor studio flat on Via Donatello in Milan. It’s an open space with a kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed. Sleep and entertain in the same room.
We think it’s ideal for those who love a sense of community. Politecnico di Milano is 10 minutes away. You’ll bump into classmates at local pubs and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- Seeing your entire domain from the same room – uncomplicate your life.
- Having your own washing machine – super practical.
- Sleeping in even on school days – and still making it to class on time!
Things to keep in mind
- The sofa bed is the only place to sleep – fold it back if you’re having guests.
- No internet connection means more time to read that book that you've been wanting to read for a while.
