L'appartamento di 65 mq, ha 7 posti letto. Wi-Fi e parcheggio gratuito. E' ubicato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Adiacente alla struttura si trova il capolinea della circumvesuviana con la quale è possibile raggiungere Ercolano, Pompei, Sorrento. Un fornitissimo supermercato è confinante con la struttura. Inoltre è possibile, in pochi minuti a piedi, raggiungere bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e vari luoghi di interesse della città.
Lo spazio La zona soggiorno ha cucina, forno, frigo e piano ad induzione. C'è il tavolo da pranzo con le sedie, ed un divano letto. Nel bagno privato c'è la doccia, wc, bidet, lavandino. E una lavasciuga. La struttura è stata costruita ex novo, ed aperta a Novembre 2022. Abbiamo a cuore il pianeta, ed abbiamo fatto in modo che l'appartamento fosse completamente autonomo e sopratutto green. La struttura è fornita di pannelli fotovoltaici, e si adottano misure anti spreco e ottimizzazione dell'energia. Proprio per questo, l'appartamento utilizza la domotica.
