L'appartamento Eunice di 60 mq, ha 5 posti letti. Wi-Fi e parcheggio gratuito. E' ubicato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Adiacente alla struttura si trova il capolinea della circumvesuviana con la quale è possibile raggiungere Ercolano, Pompei, Sorrento. Un fornitissimo supermercato è confinante con la struttura. Inoltre è possibile, in pochi minuti a piedi, raggiungere bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e vari luoghi di interesse della città.
Lo spazio La zona soggiorno ha cucina, con forno, frigo e piano a induzione. C’è il tavolo da pranzo con le sedie, e un divano letto. Nel bagno privato c’è la doccia, wc, bidet, lavandino. E una lavasciuga.
La struttura in cui è situato l'appartamento è stata costruita ex novo, e aperta a Novembre 2022, è completamente autonoma e sopratutto green. Fornita da pannelli fotovoltaici, adottia misure anti spreco e ottimizzazione dell'energia. Proprio per questo, l'appartamento Eunice utilizza la Domotica.
