El piso se alquila totalmente amueblado y equipado con electrodomésticos, tiene aire acondicionado frio/calor en el salón y en las dos habitaciones. Se alquila con una plaza de parking incluida en el precio.

It has two bedrooms, one of them double and the other with a trundle bed with two beds + a sofa bed. A bathroom and a large living-dining room with integrated open kitchen, from which you can access to a large terrace of 22m. It also has access to a large terrace of 80m and private use. The flat is rented fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances, it has air conditioning hot/cold in the living room and in the two bedrooms. It is rented with a parking space included in the price.
Rent for single months available from september to june included. To consult price interested in the 10 months and the months of July and August.
