This lovely city flat is located in a central square in Palma's Old Town, allowing you to experience the vibrant life first hand. Upon entering the renovated apartment, you find yourself directly in the living and dining room, which is very inviting and cosy with floor-to-ceiling windows, access to the balcony and exposed white ceiling beams.
The aparment has a bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The living room and the bedroom have air conditioning units (hot/cold). The kitchen is directly integrated into the living area and equipped with a kitchen island, so that dinner can be comfortably served here with up to four people. There is strong WiFi and working desk available. Perfect for working remote and having video calls.
There is a communal roof terrace.
It is situated on the second floor. There is no lift and no parking space. There is free outdoor parking space just outside Palma center, about fifteen minutes of walking.
