Espacioso, soleado y luminoso apartamento, con fantásticas vistas sobre el Puerto de Sóller, mar y montaña. Ubicado en una zona céntrica y tranquila a la vez. Ubicado en el primer piso, se accede a él por unas escaleras (80 escalones en total), sin ascensor. A diez minutos caminando a la playa, restaurantes, bares con terrazas, farmacia, estanco, supermercado, panadería, souvenirs,... El apartamento de 60 m2 ofrece un acogedor salón comedor con cocina abierta, un dormitorio con cama doble de 1,60 cm y baño con plato de ducha, wc y lavadora. Dispone de dos aires acondicionados frío/calor, uno en el dormitorio y otro en la sala de estar/cocina, ideal para disfrutar del apartamento tanto en verano como en invierno. Cocina completamente equipada, frigorífico, microondas, horno eléctrico, vitroceramica, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, menaje de cocina. Tenga en cuenta que para acceder al apartamento hay que subir unas escaleras desde la calle, sin ascensor, luego el apartamento está en la primera planta del edificio. No es posible el acceso de personas con movilidad reducida. No hay aparcamiento privado, hay parking por las calles cercanas. A tu llegada, recibirás una tarjeta llave y también podrás aparcar detrás del edificio, en la calle, y bajar las escaleras hasta el apartamento. Después de ir de compras esto suele resultar más fácil. En España es obligatorio el registro de huéspedes para todos los establecimientos de hospedaje, incluyendo hoteles, apartamentos turísticos y alquileres de temporada, por este motivo a su llegada se formalizará además del contrato de alquiler el formulario de registro de huéspedes.  Al tratarse de un contrato privado de temporada, conforme a la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, se exige una fianza legal obligatoria equivalente a 2 meses de renta. En cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en Islas Baleares, dicha fianza será depositada en el registro oficial correspondiente y se devolverá al finalizar el contrato, previa verificación del estado del inmueble.
