Esta situado al lado del centro comercial Ocimax; Burguer King, Gym, Cine, Carrefour, Lydl , mcdonals, tacobell, kiabi ... Estamos cerca de la Universidad, el conservatotio y el Hospital. A veinte min del centro de Palma caminando o diez min en autobus. NOTA: Si te interesa manda un mensaje indicando el motivo por el cual necesitas la habitación, y recuerda añadir un documento que lo justifique (practicas, trabajo ... ) SE PERMITE EMPADRONAMIENTO, la fianza se devuielve cuando se retire el empadronamiento. SERVICIOS INCLUIDOS: Luz, Agua; Internet, Limpieza. HABITACIONES CON LLAVE.
