What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This partially renovated flat, has three rooms and is surrounded by a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. In addition, it is just ten min. from Parc de la Riera, where you can enjoy nature and sport activities. To assure that you only think about enjoying your experience, the flat is fully furnished and the WiFi is included.
Our room handovers take place Monday to Friday from nine am to six pm. Handovers outside these hours are only possible with previous confirmation, and not by standard. For handovers outside the standard times a service fee of fifty EUR will be charged.
Spotahome's opinion
The flat is shared with a maximum of two flatmates and offers a small kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. The flat does not have a living room and is on the fifth floor without an elevator. To be sure please check if you like the area before making a reservation.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
