Flat is at a walking distance to the city center and university. Rooms are very spacious and bright. The area is quite, there are several sports centers and swimming pools around. Supermarket is only five minutes walking. It is close to the center so there are plenty shops, banks, bars and restaurants near. The main shopping street is about 10 minutes walking. The flat has a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
