What we liked the most

  • The apartment gets a lot of natural light from the large windows in the living area.
  • The bathroom is decorated with beautiful blue tiling and clean white accents.
  • The kitchen has multiple cupboards for extra storage.
  • There is air conditioning in the living area, perfect for summer.
  • Place de la Bastille is in the surrounding area.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom is on a mezzanine level and the ceiling is quite low.
  • The washing machine and dryer are in a common laundry room.
  • 10% extra penalty fee if the tenant does not fulfill his contract till the end. This fee is applied to the overall contract value.
