This 34 m², 1-bedroom apartment in the 11th arrondissement includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a fold-out sofa, a modern bathroom, and a double bed on a mezzanine level. There is a skylight in the bedroom which provides natural light, and there is extra storage in the living area.

This apartment is on Passage Gustave Lepeu in a calm, residential area, and is close to public transport connections. There are plenty of quality boutiques and cafés in the surrounding area, and around République you will find an excellent nightlife scene.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment gets a lot of natural light from the large windows in the living area.
  • The bathroom is decorated with beautiful blue tiling and clean white accents.
  • The kitchen has multiple cupboards for extra storage.
  • There is air conditioning in the living area, perfect for summer.
  • Place de la Bastille is in the surrounding area.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom is on a mezzanine level and the ceiling is quite low.
  • The washing machine and dryer are in a common laundry room.
  • 10% extra penalty fee if the tenant does not fulfill his contract till the end. This fee is applied to the overall contract value.
