What we liked the most

  • The bathroom is sizable for a studio apartment, and it has plenty of storage space.
  • The kitchenette has all of the basics needed for cooking, including a microwave and a hotplate.
  • There is a large window in the studio, which brings in some much-needed light!
  • The sofa-bed is a bit larger than single size, which allows for more comfort.
  • There is lots of storage space in the main room.
  • There are 3 metro stations within close walking distance of the property. How convenient!

Things to keep in mind

  • The studio is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
  • The landlord would like tenants to know that the wardrobe closes with some difficulty, but it does close.
