A bright studio apartment is available to rent in the 11th arrondissement, Paris. The property is small but practical, and it is located in a lively and fun neighborhood. The main room has everything you might need, including a large sofa-bed, a small table, and a wardrobe. The kitchenette has all of the essentials, including a small hotplate, a mini-fridge with a little freezer, and a microwave for cooking. The bathroom is located inside the studio, and it has substantial storage space and a nice-sized, clean shower.
The 11th arrondissement is a quiet but fashionable part of Paris. Perfect for anyone, from students to families, locals of the 11th arrondissement enjoy plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and landmarks!
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is sizable for a studio apartment, and it has plenty of storage space.
- The kitchenette has all of the basics needed for cooking, including a microwave and a hotplate.
- There is a large window in the studio, which brings in some much-needed light!
- The sofa-bed is a bit larger than single size, which allows for more comfort.
- There is lots of storage space in the main room.
- There are 3 metro stations within close walking distance of the property. How convenient!
Things to keep in mind
- The studio is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.
- The landlord would like tenants to know that the wardrobe closes with some difficulty, but it does close.
