This modern one-bedroom apartment in a tree-lined quiet street in the 5th arrondissement is perfect for couples looking for a pleasant stay in Paris. The property is close to various attractions such as Panthéon, Jardin du Luxembourg, good restaurants and shops (Carrefour is 20metres away), and the Censier metro station is just 5-mins away, so guests can easily explore the city!

Stylishly decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various attractions in Paris, such as Rue Mouffetard, one of Paris' oldest streets! The Censier metro station is only five minutes away, enabling guests to explore the city easily.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table to relax after a day in the city. The dining table is big enough to accommodate four people.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a delicious home-cooked meal. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and ironing equipment for your perusal.
The bedroom features a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
